Milestone Moments Pediatrics strives to break down walls and provide EARLY intervention to babies and families that deserve quality care NOW!
In order to do this, we are not enrolled as a provider with any insurance companies.
Because of this, we also do not require a physician order to begin services!
This all being said, we are happy to provide you a "Superbill" which can be filed with your insurance for "out of network" reimbursement or for use with HSA or FSA accounts. Looking for an easy way to file your superbill? Check out Reimbursify below:
